Engineer by nature, he always believed in frameworks and structures especially in such a fluid environment of real estate. This manifested into today's #MattLamAdvisory The Essentials Mentorship Framework, propelling him to become the youngest Champion Advisory Branch District Director in PropNex, leading a team of more than 1000 members who are mostly consistent top achievers and millionaires themselves due to his system, core values & professionalism.
A consistent public speaker at seminars, sharing his 13 years of experience, and a trademark presentation called the Essentials that has transformed many lives of his clients and friends through his empowerment.
At 32, he fulfilled his lifetime dream of purchasing an Orchard property in the Ardmore area at Nouvel 18, a 3+Study (1865sqft) on the 33rd floor.
Here’s his journey:
Starting young at 26, his belief in real estate compelled him to purchase his first property at City Gate, a CCR property with a yield of 4.5% per annum. He expanded his portfolio by acquiring three more overseas investment properties which are generating more than 10% yield per annum.
By the age of 29, he purchased his second property, a prestigious city fringe property at Margaret Ville. He sold his local properties to fulfil his lifetime dream of living in an Orchard property!
Matt has seen many of his peers make mistakes in purchases due to EMOTIONS. He strongly believes in using facts & figures, concrete evidence of market sentiments, supported by charts, real time statistics, and most importantly he takes it one step further by providing ever-changing unique angles to penetrate the market with the least RISK.
